Behavioral Modification

Cognitive Behavioural Technique (CBT) is employed for behaviour modification by helping clients identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to unhelpful behaviours. CBT operates on the principle that thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected. Through structured exercises - such as cognitive restructuring, systemic desensitization and habit formation - individuals can develop healthier coping strategies, break automatic negative responses, and reinforce positive behaviours. Over time, this reprogramming of thought patterns leads to lasting behavioural change.
